YOU KNOW THERE’S SOMETHING YOU WANT TO DO.
BUT KNOWING ISN’T THE SAME AS MOVING
Maybe it’s a business you want to build. A creative project you keep postponing. A new direction you can’t stop thinking about. Or a version of your life that feels more like you than the one you’re living now.
You’ve probably made plans. Saved social media posts, podcasts, pages of books. Talked about it. Promised yourself you would start when you had more clarity, more confidence or more time.
But the idea is still sitting there.
Not because you don’t care enough. Because doing something that matters brings up fear, doubt, perfectionism and all the reasons it might be safer to wait.
INTO MOTION helps you stop waiting to feel ready and start building evidence that you can follow through.
WHAT CHANGED FOR PEOPLE
The first INTO MOTION cohort began by talking about everything they couldn’t do. By the final workshop the room sounded completely different.
“I actually believe I can.”
— Toni (former INTO MOTION member)“I’ve started telling people what I’m building”
— Fiona (former INTO MOTION member)“I’m finally taking action”
— Kayleigh (former INTO MOTION member)“I know what I need to do next”
— Sara (former INTO MOTION member)The original programme proved what can happen when people have somewhere to think honestly, take action and return when doubt appears. The new six-week format gives us more time to turn that first movement into something that lasts.
THIS IS WHERE YOUR IDEA STOPS BEING SOMETHING YOU ONLY TALK ABOUT.
INTO MOTION is a six-week group coaching programme for people who are ready to stop circling the idea and start becoming the person who follows through.
It isn’t a course full of information for you to consume alone.
It combines coaching, practical movement, feedback and accountability. Each week gives you somewhere to work through what has appeared, ask for help and decide what needs to happen next.
You will move alongside a small group of eight people, while still receiving private coaching shaped around your own idea, blocks and goals.
You won’t leave with another plan gathering dust. You’ll leave with evidence that you can move.

YOUR COACH
I KNOW WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO BUILD A NEW LIFE BEFORE YOU FEEL READY FOR IT.
For years, I had ideas about the kind of work and life I wanted, but I kept finding reasons to wait.
I wanted more clarity. More certainty. More proof that I was capable of making it work.
Eventually, I realised I wasn’t missing another plan. I needed to understand what was happening underneath the hesitation and learn how to move while doubt was still present.
I’m now an accredited transformative coach and creative director, building a career shaped around coaching, creative work, content and community.
My role in INTO MOTION isn’t to tell you which idea to choose or hand you a generic formula. It is to help you understand what is getting in the way, challenge the beliefs you have started treating as facts and support you as you begin doing the thing for real.
I’m not coaching from a distance. I’m building alongside you.
-

“I’ve noticed a massive improvement in myself. I honestly feel way more in tune with myself and my creativity, and I have realised I was the one stopping/self-sabotaging where I actually want to be (and moving towards). I have felt WAY better in mood, energy, and creativity, and I've had this fulfilled feeling I haven’t felt in a long time. Thanks to you and our sessions together.”
VAL ACOSTAE (COMMUNITY-LED MARKET STRATEGIST) -

“I came to Laura as I was feeling stuck on how to show up creatively as a DJ & Producer. I didn’t know where to focus my energy or how to express what I do. I’ve been working with Laura on a monthly basis and I’m now posting consistently on socials, more confident in-front of a camera, and actually enjoy creating my own content (something I thought I’d never say)”
TAYLOR HIRSCHFIELD (HIRSCH, DJ & PRODUCER)
-

“I worked with Laura for business coaching when I decided to pivot my business from strategy and marketing to more design-led focused. At the time, I felt completely lost about where to start and how to make the transition. She was patient, understanding, and incredibly insightful, helping me get to the core of both my challenges and what I truly wanted.”
LAURA MACKENZIE (FOUNDER, KELP COLLECTIVE)
Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. You might arrive with a clear idea, several possible directions or simply the feeling that something needs to change.
Part of the programme is helping you work out what matters most, what you want to move forward and what has been making it difficult to begin.
You do not need a perfect plan before joining. You do need to be willing to explore honestly and take action with the clarity you have now.
-
INTO MOTION is designed for ideas, projects and changes that feel personally meaningful.
That might include building a business, launching an offer, developing a creative practice, becoming more visible online, changing careers, starting a personal project or moving towards a different version of your life.
You do not need to be at the same stage as anyone else in the group. Everyone will choose their own six-week outcome and receive support shaped around what they are building.
-
No. You do not need to own a business to join.
The programme is for founders, creatives and people moving through a meaningful transition. You might be building something commercially, developing an artistic project, changing direction professionally or trying to take an idea more seriously.
The common thread is that there is something you want to move forward, but you have been struggling to do it alone.
-
The workshops introduce a specific theme and give you space to explore what may be affecting your progress. They combine coaching, reflection and practical action around areas such as clarity, visibility, self-trust and following through.
The Momentum Sessions are more responsive. They give you somewhere to share what has happened since the previous week, bring work in progress, ask for feedback, receive coaching and decide what needs to happen next.
The workshops help you understand yourself more deeply. The Momentum Sessions help you keep applying what you are learning in real life.
-
You will receive two private 60-minute coaching sessions during the six-week programme.
Your first session will usually take place near the beginning of the programme so we can explore your goal, your current blocks and what you want from the six weeks.
Your second session will take place later in the programme, when you have had time to take action and can bring whatever has emerged along the way.
You will receive a booking link and choose from the available times.
-
The three workshops will be recorded, so you can catch up if you are unable to attend live.
Because the Momentum Sessions are more conversational and may involve personal sharing from other participants, recordings may not always be provided. I strongly recommend attending these live wherever possible because the discussion, accountability and opportunity to receive direct support are a significant part of the programme.
The full schedule will be shared before you commit so you can check the dates.
-
There is no fixed amount of homework, but you should expect to spend time taking action between sessions.
For some people, that might mean a few focused hours each week. For others, it may involve smaller actions taken consistently around work and existing commitments.
The programme is not designed to take over your life. It is designed to help you stop postponing something that matters and create a realistic rhythm of progress you can continue afterwards.
-
You are not expected to build an entire business, complete a major career transition or finish every part of a creative project in six weeks.
The aim is to create meaningful movement.
By the end of the programme, you should have taken real action, understood more about what has been getting in your way and built evidence that you can follow through before everything feels certain.
You may not have finished the whole thing, but you will no longer be standing where you started.
-
The cohort is limited to eight people so that everyone has space to participate and be known.
You will be encouraged to share honestly, but you will never be pressured to disclose anything you do not feel comfortable sharing.
The group is there to offer perspective, encouragement, accountability and feedback, not judgement or comparison. Everyone will be working on something different, but many of the fears and patterns underneath the work will be shared.
-
Yes. What is shared within the coaching sessions and group space should remain confidential.
Every participant will be asked to respect the privacy of the group and not share another person’s ideas, experiences or personal information outside the programme.
There are limited exceptions to confidentiality, such as where there is a serious concern about someone’s safety or a legal obligation to disclose information. These will be explained fully in the coaching agreement.
-
Joining the waitlist gives you first access when applications open for the next cohort.
You will receive the final programme dates, full details and instructions for applying before the opportunity is shared more widely.
Joining the waitlist does not commit you to purchasing a place.
-
I will review your application to make sure the programme matches the kind of support you are looking for.
If it feels like the right fit, you will receive an invitation to join, along with the payment options, programme agreement and next steps.
If I believe another type of support would suit you better, I will let you know honestly.
-
Yes.
The founding investment for the October 2026 cohort is:
£595 paid in full
or
Two monthly payments of £315
Your place is confirmed once you have completed the agreement and made the first payment.
-
The payment plan offers additional flexibility while spreading the cost across two months.
The slightly higher overall investment reflects the extra payment administration and risk involved in offering instalments.
You are welcome to choose whichever option works best for you.
-
Because the cohort is limited to eight people and your place prevents someone else from joining, payments are non-refundable once your place has been confirmed.
Before purchasing, please make sure you have reviewed the programme dates, commitment and terms carefully.
Full cancellation, payment and participation terms will be provided before you join.
-
Please read the programme information carefully and be honest in your application about what you are looking for.
I review applications because I want the group to be a genuinely supportive fit for everyone involved.
If you are uncertain before applying, you can email me at hello@buildwithlaura.co.uk with your question.
SIX WEEKS FROM NOW THE IDEA COULD STILL BE IN YOUR HEAD… OR YOU COULD’VE STARTED.
You don’t need to know exactly how everything will work.
You need somewhere to begin, people who will notice when you disappear and support that helps you keep moving when the first burst of motivation wears off.
