INTO MOTION — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms carefully before securing your place on INTO MOTION. By making payment you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. THE PROGRAMME

INTO MOTION is a 1-month group coaching pilot programme run by Laura Stevens trading as Build with Laura. The programme runs throughout July 2026 and includes 2 x group workshops, 2 x 1:1 coaching sessions, and WhatsApp group support. Feedback participation
As this is a pilot programme, participants agree to take part in feedback check-ins throughout July, in addition to any end-of-programme survey. This feedback directly shapes future cohorts and is a condition of joining at the pilot price.

2. PAYMENT

The full programme fee is £350, payable in full at the time of booking. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Your place is not confirmed until payment has been received in full.

By selecting the payment plan option you agree to two monthly payments of £175 (1 payment when signing up and the following payment a month later before the course finishes). Access to the programme is granted upon receipt of the first payment. Remaining payments are non-refundable and will be collected automatically on the same date next month.

3. REFUND POLICY

If you change your mind after payment, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase. After this window has passed, no refunds will be issued. This is because programme preparation, group curation, and onboarding begin shortly after payment is received.

4. CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS

Spots on INTO MOTION are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, your spot cannot be passed to another person. No partial refunds will be given for missed sessions once the programme has begun.

5. PROGRAMME CHANGES

Laura Stevens reserves the right to reschedule sessions where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a rescheduled session, participants will be given as much notice as possible and offered an alternative date. If a session cannot be rescheduled, a recording or written summary will be provided in its place.

In the unlikely event that the programme cannot run in full, a pro-rata refund will be issued for any sessions not delivered.

6. RECORDINGS

All group workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions will be recorded. Recordings are for personal use only and are shared with participants for their own reference. Recordings must not be shared, distributed, or published without the express written consent of Laura Stevens.

By participating in sessions you consent to being recorded.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared within the programme, in sessions, in the WhatsApp group, or in any other format, is confidential. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of other group members and not share or discuss any personal information shared by others outside of the programme.

Laura Stevens will keep all information shared by participants confidential, except where required by law.

8. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

INTO MOTION is a coaching programme, not a therapy or mental health service. Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing and are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support if needed.

Results from the programme will vary depending on individual circumstances, commitment, and effort. Laura Stevens cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

By joining the programme you confirm that you are over 18 and are entering into this agreement of your own free will.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All programme materials, content, frameworks, and resources shared as part of INTO MOTION are the intellectual property of Laura Stevens. They may not be copied, reproduced, or shared without written permission.

10. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laura Stevens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in INTO MOTION. Laura Stevens' total liability in connection with the programme shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by negligence.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
